The annual homeowner dues are assessed on January 1st of every year and the full payment needs to be postmarked by March 1st. After March 1st, a late charge will be assessed to accounts with an outstanding balance. Late charges will be also be assessed on any outstanding balance amount in April and May. All homeowners with an outstanding balance as of June 1st will be turned over to our attorney for collection.
